Description
IXIL Full System Exhaust for Aprilia RS 457
Unleash the full race-inspired potential of your Aprilia RS 457 with the high-performance IXIL Full System Exhaust. Specifically designed to complement the aggressive lines and high-revving parallel-twin engine of the RS 457, this underbelly full system delivers maximum weight reduction, enhanced airflow, and an aggressive, track-ready exhaust note.
Key Features & Highlights
-
Performance & Power Gains: Optimized manifold routing eliminates restrictive factory catalysts to improve exhaust flow, offering smoother throttle response and noticeable power gains across the RPM range.
-
Aggressive Track Sound: Replaces the muted stock note with a deep, roaring tone that emphasizes the 270-degree crankshaft pulse of the parallel-twin engine.
-
Massive Weight Reduction: Crafted from high-grade AISI304 stainless steel and finished with carbon fiber accents, significantly reducing overall bike weight for sharper handling and agility.
-
Sleek Underbelly Integration: Retains the aggressive, mass-centralized look of the original RS 457 underbelly exhaust setup while upgrading to a premium racing aesthetic.
-
Complete System: Comes as a full system package including header pipes, collector box/mid-pipe, short canister with carbon fiber heat shielding, and all required mounting hardware for a direct installation.
