Are your products genuine?

Yes. Moto King Store is the official India importer of LOBOO, IXIL, CHIGEE and TST. Every product we sell is 100% genuine and sourced directly from the brand or its authorised distributors.

Will this part fit my motorcycle?

Please check the compatibility details on each product page. If you are unsure, WhatsApp us your bike model and year at +91 94842 44444 before ordering and we will confirm fitment.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days to metro cities and 4–8 business days to other locations. See our Shipping Policy.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Unused products in original packaging with all accessories can be returned or exchanged within the eligible return period. Products damaged due to improper installation are not eligible. Read the full Return & Refund Policy.

I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will sort it out quickly.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Many of our products carry a manufacturer warranty. See Warranty Information for details.

I own a shop. Can I become a dealer?

Yes. We supply LOBOO, IXIL, CHIGEE and TST to dealers across India. Apply for a dealer account.
