Once your order is shipped, we send you a tracking link by email and SMS so you can follow your parcel in real time.

How to Track

1. Check your email / SMS: Open the shipping confirmation from Moto King Store and tap Track your order.
2. Log in to your account: Go to My Account and open the order to see its status and tracking number.
3. Courier website: Use the tracking number on the courier partner's website for the latest updates.

Delivery Timelines

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Other locations: 4–8 business days
