The Healtech ESE is an exhaust servo eliminator module for the Kawasaki ZX6R 2019-24. It lets you remove the bulky and heavy exhaust servo motor when you replace the end-can silencer or the full exhaust system, and it stops the FI light coming on when the servo motor is disconnected.
It suits riders fitting an aftermarket exhaust who want to lose the servo motor, save weight, and keep the dash clean. A built-in microprocessor ensures optimal function and great compatibility, and it works with aftermarket slip-ons, full systems, and even the stock exhaust. Just plug it in and enjoy the ride.

Whatever your reason for changing the end-can or the whole system, removing the exhaust valve normally leaves you with the dreaded FI light. The ESE takes care of that, so the FI light only comes on when it has to, when there is a genuine problem with the engine. The unit itself is almost smaller than the OEM connector it plugs into.
This small module eliminates the bulky, heavy, and space-wasting OEM servo motor along with its operating cables and wiring, which can save up to 1 kg and frees up a lot of under-seat storage. You can also get rid of the exhaust valve itself by replacing the exhaust system.
A built-in microprocessor ensures optimal function and offers great compatibility. If your bike is equipped with an exhaust servo, you will need an ESE module, either when you replace the exhaust system or when you add a fuel controller module, or both.
All ESE models are Plug and Go, so installation is a breeze. Locate the exhaust servo motor under the rider or passenger seat, disconnect the plugs, plug the ESE into the OEM connector, and you are ready for the ride.
For the last two decades, bikes have been equipped with an exhaust flap valve (also called an EXUP valve) to improve low-down torque by hindering the flow of escaping gasses and creating back pressure in the exhaust system. As the revs rise and you open the throttle further, this valve opens more so the gasses can leave unblocked. The valve and its housing are welded in after the header downpipes, right before the collector pipe or the collector chamber and catalytic converter, so removing it from the factory system alone is rarely worth the time, money, and effort, since most OEM systems are still low quality and heavy. It is easier, and gives a much better result, to fit an aftermarket end-can or whole system. Either way, you will need an Exhaust Servo Eliminator to complete the job properly.
Does this fit my bike?
Yes. It is made for the Kawasaki ZX6R 2019-24.
Will it stop the FI light after I remove the servo motor?
Yes. That is its main job. With the ESE fitted, the FI light will only come on when there is an actual engine problem.
Do I need it if I change my exhaust?
If your bike has an exhaust servo, you will need an ESE module when you replace the exhaust system or add a fuel controller module, or both.
Does it work with the stock exhaust?
Yes. It works with aftermarket slip-ons, full systems, and even the stock exhaust.
How hard is it to install?
It is Plug and Go. You locate the servo motor under the seat, disconnect the plugs, and plug the ESE into the OEM connector.
How much weight does it save?
Removing the OEM servo motor, cables, and wiring can save up to 1 kg and frees up under-seat storage.
What is the SKU?
The SKU for this module is ESE-K01.
