Original Ducati exhaust system fitted on Panigale V4 comes with an exhaust valve. Installing 71146PK exhaust system will require removal of the exhaust valve. The internal diagnostic system (EOBD) will notice the driver of the malfunction of the exhaust valve system with a warning message on display and the ECU may go in “recovery” mode.
To remove the warning message, it is recommended to install ECU maps deactivating valve function or, as an alternative, to install an exhaust valve emulator, available in the market.
