Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, In case of damaged product you must shoot a video when opening the package.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Only product will be Exchanged , No refunds

Once your exchanged product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchanged product.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will automatically update you about your exchanged product in your mail or contact number.

If you order any product that is not available and will take some time to make it available then if it takes more than expected time, your amount will be refunded.

Exchanges

It will take atleast 7 – 8 Day for your product to be exchanged.

Shipping returns

I/WE declare that this consignment does not contain personal mail, cash, jwellery, contraband, illegal drugs, any probhited items and commodities which can cause safety hazards while transporting. 

It will take 4 – 5 Days for your product to be delivered at your designated destination.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a credit note , the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit note amount.
