Description

Starting from the huge experience of SC-Project as official technical supplier for the Aprilia RS660 Trophy, this full system has been developed to combine performance and breathtaking design with the use of the iconic S1 muffler and a real masterpiece: the titanium S-shaped pipe!
Every single part of the S-shaped pipe, is TIG welded and totally handcrafted by highly skilled technicians using controlled environment technology.

This full system is totally in titanium and is compatible with the original lambda probe. The use of CNC machined bushings gives the exhaust system perfect couplings that make it easier to assemble and improve performance. The lightening of the kit guarantees better handling of the bike. The variable size headers, made of titanium, ensure a strong performance increase both in terms of torque and maximum power throughout all the engine delivery. The removal of the original catalyst allows an important reduction of the operating temperature.

The use of the S1 muffler in titanium with carbon fiber end cap, gives an unmistakable sound, a true hallmark of the SC-Project range.
