The EP Radiator Guard for the Triumph Tiger Sport 660 is designed to protect the radiator without compromising cooling efficiency. Constructed from precision-formed aluminium, it offers an excellent strength-to-weight balance, ensuring durability while remaining lightweight.

Its hexagonal mesh structure provides effective resistance against stones and road debris, while allowing unrestricted airflow for optimal engine cooling. Shaped to match the exact contours of the radiator, the guard integrates seamlessly with the motorcycle’s design.

Installation is straightforward, using existing factory mounting points with no cutting or modification required. Finished in a tough black powder coat for long-lasting protection, the kit also includes anti-vibration pads to minimize resonance during riding.
