• Zard products are the perfect symbiosis between craftsmanship and technology.
• We use high-quality raw materials: AISI 304 stainless steel tubes and sheets, titanium, and carbon fiber.
• The TIG/MIG/MAG welds are handmade by specialized operators.
• The black ceramic treatment resists temperatures up to 1000 °C.
• Each system is thoroughly tested on both road and test bench, with meticulous attention and authentic passion.

• ### Approvals:
  – EU homologated versions can be selected via the “approved” option.
  – Removing the dB-killer voids both approval and warranty.
  – Officine Italiane Zard is officially authorized to produce EU-wide approved motorcycle exhausts under Directive 97/24/EC and EU Regulation 134/2014.
  – Each approved system is stamped with its approval number and includes a certificate for legal inspections.
  – Once installed, the approved exhaust is deemed equivalent to OEM and should not be replaced during inspections.
